The Okhtinskaya Hotel is a large, modern 3-star property with a riverside location close to downtown St. Petersburg. Built in 1991, the Okhtinskaya Hotel has 290 rooms and suites, all plainly and pleasantly decorated and fitted with comfortable modern furniture. On the northern bank of the Neva River, the Okhtinskaya situated in a quiet residential area and is not convenient for the metro. However, excellent bus links to the city centre are easily accessed from the hotel, with major attractions such as the Hermitage and Nevsky Prospekt easily reachable in around twenty minutes.
