Located only a few blocks from Nevsky Prospekt, St. Petersburg's central commercial avenue, the Russ Hotel offers basic, but clean and affordable accommodation. The hotel's location is excellent, but to take advantage of this you will have to cope with its mediocre dining facilities, dated amenities and rather indifferent staff. Despite sharing a building with the city's well-known Europa House Business Center, the hotel's business and conference facilities are rather disappointing.
If you see location as a greater priority than good service and modern amenities, then the Russ Hotel might be the hotel for you.
