While it is certainly simplest to order a taxi for the Mariinsky Theatre, it is also possible to catch a K350 marshrutka minibus from the stop in front of the hotel on Ploshchad Pobedy. This will take you to the bus stop on the corner of Teatralnaya Ploshchad and Ulitsa Glinka, a couple of minutes' walk from the Mariinsky Theatre.

What visitor attractions are located near the hotel?

The Park Inn Pulkovskaya is an excellent base for exploring the Imperial estates to the south of St. Petersburg, with bus services running from outside the hotel to Pushkin/Tsarskoye Selo (20mins) and Pavlovsk (30mins). Right in front of the hotel in the centre of Ploshchad Pobedy stands the magnificent, panoramic Monument to the Heroic Defenders of Leningrad, with a museum charting the defense of Leningrad during WW2 housed underneath it. Also within walking distance of the hotel, the House of Soviets is one of St. Petersburg's finest examples of Stalinist monumental architecture, with a vast statue of Lenin outside.
