The hotel's main restaurant is a large and elegant dining room, with beautifully restored Art Nouveau interiors. The regularly updated luxurious menu offers French and European haute cuisine, and L'Europe also has a superb international wine list. There is live music to accompany dinner every evening in the restaurant, and the restaurant has a popular Jazz Brunch on Sundays between 12.30pm and 4pm.
