Russian visas in India
Applications for Russian travel visas in India are now processed at Russian Visa Centers managed by IFS India in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata.

The most important special condition for applications from Indian citizens is that you must present the original copy of your visa support documents (confirmation and voucher). Faxed or scanned copies are not accepted. This means that you will either need to obtain your visa support documents locally in India or have them faxed from Russia.
