The Oktiabrskaya's Comfort Rooms are the result of the hotel's latest round of refitting, completed in 2007. Like all rooms at the Oktiabrskaya, they feature simple but attractive decor and elegant modern furniture, although Comfort Rooms have newer furnishings and more brightly coloured fabrics. Comfort Single Rooms measure roughly 18 square meters, and have furniture including single bed, writing desk, side table, and two armchairs.
En suite bathrooms have bath with shower, washbasin, and WC.
