This restaurant is situated in a round glass verandah on the top floor of the hotel, hence its name. From here you can enjoy superb views of the Hermitage, the chariot on the arch of the General Staff Building, and even the Church on the Spilled Blood. The combination of comfortable seating, a brief but luxurious menu and the glorious Petersburg skyline is unlikely to disappoint. The restaurant can seat up to 128 people.
