History Hotel on English Embankment has modern well-equipped Standard Rooms (doubles and twins) and somewhat old-fashioned but very spacious Junior Suites and Suites, which can accommodate families with children. At the top of the room range stands the Romantic Suite - a two room apartment which often serves as a Honeymoon Suite. Rooms are grouped in sections of three or four in various parts of the hotel, each served by a separate staircase. That means that you will not be bumping into other guests all the time unless you decide to come downstairs to the lovely Atrium. Because the hotel is located in a historic listed building, all rooms are non-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere at the hotel.
These quite spacious and very low-cost Standard Rooms, measuring about 20 square meters, offer modern and comfortable accommodation for up to two guests. Furnishings include one queen-size or twin single beds, a spacious wardrobe, writing desk and two chairs. The Junior Suite is a spacious two room apartment which consists of a very spacious bedroom with with two double beds and a smaller study/sitting room with two more single beds. This makes the room an ideal solution for a family with children. Despite the somewhat old-fashioned decor, Junior Suites offer free Wi-Fi Internet access and air-conditioning.
