In its former location on Senatskaya Ploshchad, Tribunal was once one of the most popular expat hangouts in St. Petersburg. That was over a decade ago, when a night out in the city was a veritable orgy of watery beer and topless dancing. Tribunal continues to plough what's now rather a lonely furrow, but still appeals to some foreign visitors. The food menu (served till 9pm) comprises pizzas, salads and bar snacks, and is reasonably cheap.
