Like the five-star hotel it is attached to, Taleon restaurant attempts to recreate the luxury of aristocratic life in pre-Revolutionary St. Petersburg. To which end it serves a pricey menu of classic Russian and French cuisine, as well as some more contemporary, international gourmet dishes. The restored interiors are suitably sumptuous.
