Our concierge service is designed for users with complex travel or service requirements in St. Petersburg that will require the focused attention of our local experts to find optimal solutions. For that reason, it is a paid service, although we are confident that our assistance can help you to save considerably by sourcing the best value accommodation and travel services to meet your needs, not to mention saving your precious time.

You can choose between two payment options to utilize the concierge service, outlined below. Before submitting your concierge request, you will need to provide your payment card details. However, we will not draw on your card until our staff have completed work on your behalf and you have confirmed that you are satisfied with our services.

1. Standard concierge package

This fixed-price package of services is designed to cover all your trip planning needs, sourcing suitable accommodation, transport services, guides, entertainment and anything else you may require for a visit to St. Petersburg. It comprises up to 5 hours of work by our travel experts making arrangements in our offices, plus up to 2 hours outside the office, for services such as collecting and delivering tickets. The rate for standard package is $120.

2. Concierge services by the hour

If you require more complicated or extensive services, you can also employ our concierge staff by the hour, for an hourly rate of $25. If you think this option better suites your requirements, complete our concierge request form with details of what you need, and we will provide you with an estimate for how long your request will take to fulfill.
