Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any of the following purchased from Saint-Petersburg.com/store: books in their original condition; unopened CDs, cassette tapes, DVDs, VHS tapes; and any other merchandise in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, cassette tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
To make a refund (minus shipping and handling charges) please use our Customer Service form to send us your request and choose "Returns" as a subject. In the message you need to state:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- The reason you want to make a return
