What criteria do you use in selecting your apartments?
Our main criterion is the quality of the apartment. We only select the most comfortable apartments ranging from standard to elite. Our second criterion is the location of the apartment. The vast majority of our apartments are located in the historical city center and remaining apartments are located near convenient transportation arteries. Our surveys indicate that these are the most popular apartment locations. Finally, the third but no less important criterion of our apartment selection is the state of mind of the apartment owner and how willing they are to cooperate with our company.
