These are the terms and conditions which govern the use of the apartment rental reservation service on http://www.saint-petersburg.com (the Site). These terms and conditions shall be considered a binding contract between you, the customer, and ZAO "SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM". Please read them carefully. By submitting an apartment rental request through the Site, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any of the terms the terms or conditions below, then please do not use this site. SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM reserves the right to modify, alter or update these terms and conditions at any time. You agree to be bound by any such modifications, alterations or updates.
1.1. ZAO "SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM" (hereinafter "SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM") is a closed joint-stock company established and operating under the laws of the Russian Federation, registration number 1037800049891.
1.2. http://www.saint-petersburg.com (the Website) is owned and operated by the SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM and/or its subsidiary, affiliated or related companies.

Queries can only be dealt with during our office hours (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 22:00 MCT (GMT +3)).
2.1. SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM operates a paid advertising service on the Website for apartment owners in St. Petersburg, Russia, offering high-quality apartments for short-term let. Users of the Website can submit reservation requests for the apartments advertised on the Website. SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM will help process reservations and payments, and provide a standard short-term rental contract if apartment owners do not offer their own version.
2.2. SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM charges a small reservation fee for processing apartment reservation requests and payments. This fee is non-refundable.
2.3. SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM is not a landlord or apartment owner. While we do all that we can to ensure that the information submitted by our advertisers is accurate and truthful, SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM cannot be held liable for any discrepancies between information provided on the Website and actual conditions in apartments offered for rent.
3.1. You contract directly with apartment owners, and not with SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM. According to Russian law, all short-term apartment rentals must be supported by a contract signed by both the landlord and the tenant. SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM will be provide a standard short-term rental contract if the apartment owner does not offer their own version.
3.2. By submitting an apartment rental reservation request through the Website, you undertake to abide by the terms and conditions herein until such time as you sign a contract with the owner of your chosen apartment. From the moment of signing such a contract, your rental of the apartment shall be governed by your contract with the apartment owner. Where the terms and conditions of the short-term rental contract differ from the terms and conditions herein, the short-term rental contract shall prevail.
3.3. SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM accepts no liability for the actions or inactions, failure or negligence, of either party (apartment owner or short-term rental tenant) that may result in the breach of the terms and conditions of the short-term rental contract.
4.1. On receiving your reservation request, SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM will confirm with the owner of your chosen apartment that the apartment is available for the dates that you have requested and, provided that the apartment owner accepts your reservation, will then send you confirmation. If it is impossible to confirm your reservation, SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM will contact you with an alternative accommodation proposal. This process will take no longer than 3 (three) working days.
4.2. If you do not receive confirmation of your reservation and are not contacted by SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM within 3 (three) working days of submitting your reservation request, there may be a problem with the contact details you have submitted. It is therefore your responsibility to contact the SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM customer services team immediately (see 1.4 herein).
4.3 It is your responsibility to check that the information contained in your confirmation email is accurate and corresponds with the information provided in your apartment rental reservation request form. If you find any discrepancies, it is your responsibility to immediately contact the SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM customer services team (see 1.4 herein).
5.1. All payments required in connection with the SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM apartment rental reservation service must be made by Mastercard or Visa credit card, or by alternative payment methods - Western Union or bank transfer. If you are paying by credit card, it is your responsibility to ensure that you provide details for a valid credit card, and have sufficient funds to meet all payments.
5.2. When SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM issues confirmation of your apartment rental reservation, we will immediately draw on your credit card for a deposit payment. The deposit shall amount to 30 (thirty) percent of the value of your total reservation, but not less than the cost of one night's accommodation in your chosen apartment. This deposit can only be refunded if you follow the terms and conditions of cancellation (Article 6 herein).
5.3. A reservation charge of 20 (twenty) US dollars will also be charged to your credit card at this point. This comprises a non-refundable processing fee, which covers SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM's site and visa support processing, and a cancellation forfeit, which will be credited to you when you pay the balance of your invoice. The reservation charge will be billed separately. In the event of cancellation, the full reservation charge will be withheld by SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM.
5.4. The balance of your invoice for short-term apartment rental services will be charged to your credit card 5 (five) working days before the date of the first day of your apartment rental reservation, unless you have cancelled your reservation in accordance with the terms and conditions of cancellation (Article 6 herein).
5.5. If you submit an apartment rental reservation request less than 5 (five) working days before the first day of your reservation request, SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM will, if able to confirm your reservation, immediately draw on your credit card for the full amount of your apartment rental reservation, plus the reservation charge.
5.6. All payments required in connection with the SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM apartment rental reservation service will appear on your credit card bill as charged by SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM. SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM undertakes to ensure that funds are transferred to the apartment owner in the appropriate manner.
6.1. If you wish to cancel or alter your apartment rental reservation, you must do so through the SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM customer services team during office hours (which are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 22:00 MST (GMT +3)) at least five working days before your apartment rental reservation is due to begin. Provided that you do so, you will forfeit only the reservation fee, which is non-refundable in any circumstances.
6.2. SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM will undertake to do everything in its power to alter your apartment rental arrangements subject to availability, but can give no guarantee that this will be possible.
6.3. If you cancel your apartment rental reservation less than 5 (five) working days before the agreed time of your arrival at your chosen apartment, or if you fail to appear at the appointed time ("no-show"), then your credit card will automatically be charged for the full amount stated on the apartment rental reservation confirmation (including any taxes) and payment will not be refunded in any circumstances.
6.4. Late cancellation or no-show fees may be charged to your credit card without any further notice to you.
6.5. If you cancel your apartment reservation in accordance with the terms and conditions herein, then all monies paid by you except the non-refundable reservation fee will be credited to your credit card within 10 (ten) working days of SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM receiving notification of your cancellation.
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM shall not be liable to you for any injury, loss (including but not limited to personal property), damage, expense, inconvenience or other hindrance suffered as a consequence of anything howsoever caused in connection with your short-term apartment rental.
7.2. When you submit an apartment rental reservation request through the Website, you consent to SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM and the landlord of your chosen apartment processing your personal data to the extent necessary to ensure that your chosen apartment rental can be supplied.
8.1. This service agreement and your contract with the landlord of your chosen apartment are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, and you are obliged to comply with all and any laws that may apply to the lease of your chosen apartment, including but not limited to consumer laws and export and customs laws and regulations.
9.1 All times in this agreement are Moscow Central Time (GMT+3).
9.2 The photographs of the apartments that appear on the Website are accurate and truthful to the best knowledge of SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM. However, SAINT-PETERSBURG.COM shall not be held responsible for any discrepancies between the photographs displayed on the site and the actual condition of apartments offered for short-term rental.
9.3. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Russian Federation to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
9.4. Where relevant, you may print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions.
9.5. If any part of these terms and conditions is held unenforceable under the laws of the Russian Federation, all other terms and conditions herein shall continue in full force and effect.
