These are the terms and conditions which govern the provision of transfer services organized through Saint-Petersburg.Com. Please read them carefully. By submitting an online transfer order, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any of the terms the terms or conditions below, then please do not use this site. Saint-Petersburg.Com reserves the right to modify, alter or update these terms and conditions at any time. You agree to be bound by any such modifications, alterations or updates.
1.1 ZAO "Saint-Petersburg.Com" (hereinafter "Saint-Petersburg.Com") is a closed joint-stock company established and operating under the laws of the Russian Federation, registration number 1037800049891.
1.2. http://www.saint-petersburg.com (the Website) is owned and operated by Saint-Petersburg.Com and/or its subsidiary, affiliated or related companies.

1.4. If you have queries concerning any aspect of your transfer order as detailed herein, you should contact the Saint-Petersburg.Com customer services team by telephone at +7 (812) 380-2478 or by e mail at customerservice@saint-petersburg.com. Queries can only be dealt with during our office hours (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 22:00 MCT (GMT +4)).
2.1. You contract directly with your chosen transfer operator and not with Saint-Petersburg.Com. We have done our best to ensure that all the companies advertising on the Website operate in a proper and legal manner, but we accept no liability for their actions, inaction, or any loss or damage connected with the provision of transfer services.
2.2. By completing and submitting a transfer order form on the Website, you are contracting with your chosen transfer operator.
2.3. Your chosen transfer operator may provide you with a further set of terms and conditions after you have made your booking. Saint-Petersburg.Com has endeavored to reflect the main terms and conditions of all our partner transfer operators herein, but shall not be liable to you for any omissions or discrepancies.
2.4. Where the terms and conditions of your chosen transfer operator differ from those herein, your chosen transfer operator's terms and conditions shall prevail.
3.1. On receipt of your order form, your chosen transfer operator will review it for accuracy and, if your order is accepted, you will receive a transfer confirmation number by email within 24 hours from the time you submit your online transfer order.
3.2. If you do not receive a transfer confirmation number within 24 hours after your online transfer order has been submitted, it is your responsibility to contact the Saint-Petersburg.Com customer services team immediately (see 1.4 herein).
3.3 It is your responsibility to check that the information contained in your confirmation email is accurate and corresponds with the information provided in your online transfer order form. If you find any discrepancies, it is your responsibility to immediately contact the Saint-Petersburg.com customer services team (see 1.4 herein).
4.1. Unless otherwise stated (when you submit your online transfer order form or receive your transfer confirmation by e mail), you credit card will be charged for the amount stated on the transfer order form (including any taxes) by your chosen transfer operator 48 hours before the time of your transfer. In some cases, if your chosen transfer operator does not accept credit cards you credit card will be charged by Saint-Petersburg.Com on behalf of your selected transfer operator. A charge from Saint-Petersburg.Com will appear on your statement, and we will transfer the money to your chosen operator's bank account.
5.1. If you wish to cancel or alter your transfer, you must do so through the Saint-Petersburg.Com customer services team during office hours (which are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 22:00 MST (GMT +4)) at least 48 hours before the time of your transfer. Provided that you do so, no cancellation or alteration fee will be charged.
5.2. Saint-Petersburg.Com will undertake to do everything in its power to alter your transfer arrangements subject to availability, but can give no guarantee that this will be possible.
5.3. If you cancel your transfer order less than 48 hours before the agreed transfer time as stated on your online transfer order, or if you fail to appear at the appointed time ("no-show"), then your credit card will automatically be charged by your chosen transfer operator for the full amount stated on the transfer order summary and the transfer confirmation (including any taxes) and payment will not be refunded in any circumstances.
5.4. Late cancellation or no-show fees may be charged to your credit card without any further notice to you.
6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saint-Petersburg.Com shall not be liable to you for any injury, loss (including but not limited to personal property), damage, delay, expense, inconvenience or other hindrance suffered as a consequence of anything howsoever caused in connection with your transfer.
6.2. To the extent that Saint-Petersburg.Com is held liable by law, Saint-Petersburg.Com's liability shall not exceed the value of the goods and/or services contracted for.
6.3. When you submit a transfer order form through the Website, you consent to Saint-Petersburg.Com and your chosen transfer operator processing your personal data to the extent necessary to ensure that your chosen transfer can be supplied.
6.4. In the event of Saint-Petersburg.Com being required to make a refund payment to you in connection with the provision of transfer services according to the terms and conditions herein, then that payment will be made to your credit card within 10 (ten) working days of the time that your request for a refund is acknowledged as valid by Saint-Petersburg.Com. For all queries involving refunds due to lack of provision or incomplete provision of transfer services, please contact Saint-Petersburg.Com customer services directly (see 1.4 herein).
7.1. Your contract with your chosen transfer operator is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, and you are obliged to comply with all and any laws that may apply to the provision of your chosen transfer, including but not limited to consumer laws and export and customs laws and regulations.
8.1 All times in this agreement are Moscow Standard Time (GMT+3).
8.2 The photographs of the vehicles offered by each transfer operator on the Website are indications of the type of vehicle that you can expect for your transfer. The vehicles may not match those depicted in these pictures.
8.3. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Russian Federation to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
8.4. Where relevant, you may print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions.
8.5. If any part of these terms and conditions is held unenforceable under the laws of the Russian Federation, all other terms and conditions herein shall continue in full force and effect.
